Open enrollment can be an overwhelming time for both employers and employees. Employees are given the opportunity to re-evaluate their current benefits and make changes for the coming year, while employers must choose a benefits package that balances cost and value and facilitate the enrollment process. Due to a variety of factors, benefit offerings are changing, placing new demands on employees and employers during open enrollment. To make the enrollment process as smooth as possible, it is important that employers educate and communicate with their employees effectively.
Your EHD team will work with you every step of the way, ensuring this process runs as smoothly as possible for both you and your employees. The Client Services Consultant will be your guide all year, and especially during the throes of Open Enrollment. He or she will work directly with your HR team to develop a communication strategy, as well as with your employees to deliver information about their benefits.
Enrollment Services
We have dedicated Enrollment Specialists that are assigned to clients that are not on a connected HR Technology system, and need the assistance of our team. Our team receives and processes enrollment transactions for entry into the carrier systems.
We provide complimentary COBRA Administrative services, giving our clients access to their own COBRA administration portal. Another efficient solution we bring, to make sure that you are in compliance with this important State and Federal law.
Member CARE Services
The healthcare system can be complex and confusing, especially for your employees and their dependents. For this reason, as our client, they will have access to our Member CARE team. Through our Member CARE Access Line, we are able to assist employees and their dependents with benefit questions and claim-related issues.
