Amanda Lyda serves as a Worker’s Comp Advocate in the Claims department. She holds a B.S. from Millersville University and an M.P.S. from Georgetown University. Amanda brings a strong foundation in claims and underwriting, paired with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills. Her attention to detail and adaptability contribute to a collaborative team environment and improved client satisfaction. She is passionate about continuous learning and using that knowledge to enhance her work. Outside of the office, Amanda is a certified 500-hour yoga instructor and enjoys sharing wellness practices with others.
