
April Handlir is the Compliance Manager for EHD's Employee Benefits Department bringing with her over 15 years of industry experience spanning from consulting, payroll, and compliance, to strategic planning. April maintains her Pennsylvania Life and Health License and focuses on regulatory compliance credits within the industry. She has worked for third-party administrators, payroll, and broker benefits agencies, giving her a multifaceted view of organizational compliance requirements. April’s coursework in psychology and English equips her with skills in effective communication, analytical evaluation, critical thinking, and problem-solving allowing her to interpret regulatory vernacular.
