Bob Miller

Bob Miller leads organizational operations as Chief Operating Officer at EHD. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, bringing a disciplined and analytical approach to leadership. Bob began his professional career in insurance as a producer and later advanced into senior executive leadership roles, building deep expertise in managing accounts with sophisticated exposures and complex insurance needs. His background also includes extensive operational and quality management experience, strengthening his ability to drive efficiency and strategic execution across the organization. Prior to his insurance career, Bob served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, where he held engineering leadership roles and later became a certified OSHA instructor. At EHD, Bob is focused on operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term organizational performance. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching lacrosse and spending time with his wife, Julie, and their three sons.
