Cathie Kearsley joined EHD as an HR Generalist in the summer of 2022. She has a master's certificate in HR and Organizational Leadership as well as a bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo. Cathie excels in talent acquisition and management as well as employee onboarding and relations. Her extensive HR background lends itself to the ongoing professional development of the entire agency. She is passionate about connecting skilled people with opportunities to use their talents in meaningful and successful ways. Cathie enjoys spending time with her family as well as watching hockey, particularly the Hershey Bears and the Toronto Maple Leafs.
