Derek Kauffman joined EHD in October 2024 as a Senior Accountant in the Administrative department. A proud Penn State graduate, Derek went on to earn his master’s degree in accounting from Western Governors University, further strengthening his technical expertise and analytical skill set. Known for being highly organized, detail-oriented, and a problem solver, he also excels at process improvement and efficiency—qualities that make him a valuable asset in his role. Outside of work, Derek values time with his family and his dog, and enjoys unwinding with a good book or show and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
