Heather Potteiger

Heather Potteiger is a Senior Claim Advocate in the Claims Department at EHD. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration – Management from the University of Valley Forge and holds the AINS, AIC, and CRIS professional designations. Heather brings extensive claims experience to her role, where she is recognized for her strong organizational skills, compassion, and ability to support clients during challenging situations. She is especially valued for building meaningful relationships and sharing her knowledge to help both clients and colleagues navigate the claims process effectively. Professionally, Heather is passionate about helping others and being a reliable resource when it matters most. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their miniature poodle, often cheering on her children at their many extracurricular activities.
