Jamie Fleshel

Jamie supports the Employee Benefits department as a Population Health and Compliance Assistant at EHD. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health and Environmental Studies from Franklin & Marshall College and gained early industry experience through internships in outreach, juvenile justice, and population health support roles. Jamie brings a strong interdisciplinary mindset, with a demonstrated ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives and develop practical tools that support team initiatives and client needs. Her work is driven by a passion for improving healthcare accessibility and contributing to meaningful population health outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys reading in cafés, experimenting with new recipes, crocheting, and running, especially near water.
