Kathy Ann Kramer

Kathy Ann Kramer serves as a Senior Client Manager at EHD, where she plays a key role in supporting clients and strengthening service delivery. In her role, Kathy provides guidance on employee benefits and payroll-related processes while building strong, trusted relationships across the organization. She is a mentor and positive leader for team members, contributing to the success of training initiatives and the ongoing improvement of workflows for both new and experienced employees. Kathy is known for her commitment to exceptional customer service and her collaborative, relationship-driven approach.
