Krista began her insurance career in 1989, obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance from Penn State University in 1992. She has been employed by EHD since 1994, assisting customers in the reporting and resolution of commercial property, liability, vehicle and workers’ compensation claims. In 1994, her tenure at EHD began in the Wyomissing branch office as the claims administrator for Wyomissing clients. In 2005, she transferred to the Lancaster office to take on more responsibility and handle large accounts for the entire agency. She has developed a strong background in workers’ compensation, specifically with loss sensitive and self-insured programs. In 2018, Krista earned the respected CPCU designation and in 2019 was promoted to Vice President of our Claims Department. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters on their camping adventures.
