Krista leads the Claims Department as Vice President of Claims at EHD. She holds a bachelor’s degree in insurance from Penn State University and has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Krista has built her career at EHD supporting clients with the reporting and resolution of commercial property, liability, vehicle, and workers’ compensation claims. She began as a claim's administrator in the Wyomissing office and later transitioned to the Lancaster office, where she assumed broader responsibility for large accounts across the agency. Krista brings deep expertise in workers’ compensation, with a particular focus on loss-sensitive and self-insured programs. Outside of work, she enjoys camping and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
