Matt Fairbanks

Matthew Fairbanks joined EHD in 2009 as an Account Executive in the Employee Benefits Department, bringing with him extensive experience in the insurance industry. A graduate of Northeastern University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Matthew has built a career centered on cultivating strong client relationships and delivering comprehensive risk management solutions. His expertise spans Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty exposures, and Personal Insurance, enabling him to provide well-rounded guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In his current role as Vice President of Sales & Producer Development, Matthew leads the strategic growth of EHD’s sales organization across the company. He is focused on driving the success of the firm’s production staff while mentoring and developing the next generation of insurance professionals.
Matthew resides in Lancaster with his wife, Jennifer, and their five children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as pursuing his passions for golf and fly fishing whenever he can.
