Scott Radcliffe

Currently the Executive Vice President & Chief Business Development Officer, Scott Radcliffe has years of experience in the insurance industry under his belt. Prior to coming to EHD, Scott graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA with a BA in Economics then immediately entered the insurance industry as an Agent with a Life Insurance company in Philadelphia, focusing on individual life insurance sales to families and small businesses. Scott returned to Lancaster in January of 1995 to join EHD as an Account Executive in the Life & Employee Benefits Department, later leading that department and its growth for many years. Scott is responsible for continued growth of the agency through business development and strategic acquisition opportunities. Scott also serves as the Foundation Board Chairman for the Boys Club and Girls Club of Lancaster and is involved with several other local community organizations. Professionally, Scott is involved with the PA ESOP Association, the PA Center for Employee Ownership, and the High Center for Family Business. Outside of work Scott enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
