Susan Hummelbaugh joined EHD as a Claims Administrator in June of 2018 and in that time, she has proven herself to be indispensable to her clients and colleagues. Susan is a relentless advocate for every client she services throughout his or her claim journey. She joined EHD with extensive experience in communication, problem solving, case management and conflict resolution.
