Tara Dombach

Tara was named the Vice President of Employee Benefit Services and an owner of EHD, in January of 2020.  Throughout her 20+ year tenure with the firm, she has served our clients in various roles.  Today, Tara is responsible for the continued growth of the department and agency, as well as day-to-day involvement with clients and our carrier and vendor partners.   

Tara graduated from the John L. Grove College of Business at Shippensburg University with a BSBA degree in Marketing.  She has earned the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.  Tara has served on several community boards and committees.  Currently, she is serving as the Vice Chair for United Benefit Advisors (UBA) and is a Board Member with UPMC Lititz.  Tara enjoys time with her family and watching her two children – Sophia & Brady – play soccer, basketball, and lacrosse.
