Tara Dombach

Tara serves as Senior Vice President of Employee Benefit Services and an owner of EHD, where she plays a key role in advancing the growth of the department and the agency. In her position, she remains actively involved in supporting clients while strengthening relationships with carrier and vendor partners. Tara brings a strategic, hands-on approach to leadership and is known for her deep understanding of employee benefits and client needs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Shippensburg University and has earned the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation. Tara is actively engaged in the community through board and committee service, including leadership roles within industry organizations. Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with family and friends.  You can often find her on the sidelines, cheering on her son and daughter at their many sporting events.
