Timothy Koenig

Tim serves as Assistant Vice President, Training and Development at EHD. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Shippensburg University and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations. Throughout his career, Tim has held leadership roles across sales, client service, and agency management, developing deep expertise in commercial insurance and risk management. At EHD, he designs and oversees complex insurance programs for large organizations, with a focus on the manufacturing and construction industries. In his training and development role, Tim leverages his technical knowledge and experience to mentor colleagues and support firmwide professional education initiatives. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Anne, their children, and grandchildren.
