Vicki Markley

Vicki Markley came to EHD in 2018 as an Enrollment Specialist/Member CARE Associate in our Employee Benefits department with over 27 years of previous insurance experience. Prior to EHD Vicki worked at The Hartford in their Employee Benefit’s division in rating and account management. Vicki graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Her extensive customer service experience makes Vicki client-driven, in that she is always asking questions and trying to save clients time, money and hassle. She prides herself on being trustworthy and able to handle enrollment/account maintenance correctly and in a timely manner.
