EHD recently hired Rachel L. Gatto as a Workers’ Compensation Advocate in the Claims Department.
In her new position, Rachel will oversee Workers’ Compensation claim administration programs for EHD clients. She will also work with EHD Account Executives to develop new accounts and retain existing clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Before joining EHD, Rachel was a Workers’ Compensation Subrogation Professional at Travelers. She has a comprehensive knowledge of jurisdictional law, insurance regulations, civil procedures and fair claims handling practices in the areas of general liability, auto, garage keepers’ coverages, workers’ compensation and property coverages.
Prior to Travelers, Rachel was a Workers’ Compensation Advocate at CNA Insurance and served on the Express Center Advisory Board from 2004 through 2007.
