Engle-Hambright & Davies, Inc. (EHD) recently hired Kirk A. Thoman as an Account Manager in the Benefits Department.
Before joining EHD, Kirk was most recently the Client Account Manager at The Loomis Company (Reading, PA), responsible for managing and oversight of new client implementations, resolution of client concerns, reporting, and overall relationship management. Kirk’s extensive experience with self-funded clients will be an asset to EHD, as many more clients are looking for alternative funding solutions to rising claims cost. Prior to his time with The Loomis Company, Kirk has worked with other local partners and carriers, and his experience allows him to be effective for our diverse client base.
Kirk earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy from Penn State University where he was also awarded with the Educators Excellence Award which can only be achieved through nomination by peers for spirit, teamwork and leadership skill.
In his new position with EHD, Kirk will be responsible for representing EHD professionally in the benefits department providing day to day client resolution of issues, new client and carrier implementations, reporting, as well as overall management of client satisfaction.
