Federal Court Vacates HIPAA Privacy Protections for Reproductive Health Care
On June 18, 2025, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas struck down a final rule that was issued in April 2024 to strengthen HIPAA’s privacy protections for reproductive health care.
