Lancaster, PA—In two recent independent studies EHD ranked significantly higher than competing insurance agencies in two important categories—client retention and customer satisfaction.

 Reagan Consulting, Inc. ranked insurance broker client retention in EHD’s peer group, and EHD scored 9% higher in average client retention than competitors last year, and each year EHD consistently retains over 95% of clients.

 In a separate study, Confirmit—a worldwide market research company—received over 5,500 responses from insurance agencies countrywide, including EHD customers. EHD achieved customer satisfaction ratings ranging from 9.2 – 9.5 out of 10, significantly higher than the average insurance agency rating of 8.8. In addition, EHD rated higher in every single customer satisfaction category, including:

  • Recommends coverage that meets my needs
  • Explains coverage options
  • Responds in a timely manner
  • Values me as a customer
